Turning 39 tomorrow and it’s actually incredibly depressing to know that my life expectancy is now fewer years than I’ve lived.
I know what you’re thinking and the answer is yes, I’m incredibly fun at parties.

Start running more and try and stress less.
To be honest, I have always lived in either the future or the past and I really hope I learn how to be a more present person.

HBD. I have spent the first two months as a 39 year old thinking about spending money for enjoyment.
Haven’t actually done it, but it is a sort of pivot in my thinking.
