Periods are painful, disruptive and messy.
Women do not have to have periods to be healthy.
I am on hormonal birth control & have perhaps one a year for the past 11 years, and it's just breakthrough bleeding.
I am totally healthy.

Periods are disruptive and messy.
I've had them for 3 decades.
Disruptive, messy, painful.
I'm on pills that stop them, and I'm still perfectly healthy.
Ask me how.
(I'm not selling an herbal cure, you just need to ask your doctor.)
@Pednpsy13
Unfortunately but the reality is that
Period is a part of every woman
It’s a gift of woman hood and should be enjoyed rather than treated like an alien
@oddity1177
You don’t speak for all women. Some women lose days of work out of the year from painful periods. Some women have such heavy periods that they have to get transfusions.
@oddity1177
This is inconsiderate on so many levels.
Coming from a woman it screams fo0lishness.
How are they not disruptive or messy?
Who likes to see their own blood or suffer from cramps that sometimes hurt so bad you can't carry on normally?
@oddity1177
They sent the bots on you I see, ignore them. They won’t stop, they are stuck in their limiting beliefs. I know many woman who suffered from heavy painful periods that healed through changing their eating habits and fasting. The first step was believing it’s possible.
@oddity1177
Diarrhea
Stomach pain
Abdomen pain
The stabbing pain in my anus.
Feeling nauseous
Developing temperature
Adding weight
The painful breast
Pimples
What else do other Women experience??
And you said it's a gift😂
And you are even arguing with Women over their own pain, you are…
@oddity1177
I don't sit on the toilet, crying my eyes out and begging the blood to just flow and let me be free for you to say this rubbish 🙄
I go out and never feel comfortable, because I get scared I would be stained somehow.
This tweet is just so so annoying coming from a Woman
