Using raw hex editors and bare-metal tools, the real deal started with Captain Tsubasa Vol. II translation project which made the RINCO brand stand out in Middle-East market, exposing potential added value to their product line with previously impossible achievments.

He supervised the Arabic the English content during translation and data entry since early PC, with experience in 6502 ASM and C language, allowing for team work with developers in Taiwan and providing the tools needed for faster production shift.

Dr. Adnan Al-Qasem — Chief Creative Officer, Al-Salah Elecrtic Est., Jeddah, KSA.The driving force behind all of RINCO creative software and hardware in late 80s and 90s. He started with educational brands (AL SAGR) in 1990 to compete in the field of edutainment.
