Food is great and I LOVE STEAK'N'SHAKE..., but staff at Topeka, KS Steak 'n' Shake blows. Employees making themselves food, texting, and rolling their eyes when we try to get their attention because we waited TWENTY MINUTES for a shitty milkshake. C'mon, step it up.
