Is it possible for two miners of a PoW blockchain like #Bitcoin to validate a block at the same time? Yes, in this case a split in consensus is taking place. Here's why it happens and how it' s solved. 🧡

New books smell good. But they smell better if they are about @VitalikButerin and @ethereum . πŸ“–

In blockchain it is important to set a transaction cost. Otherwise an attacker could send unlimited worthless transactions to saturate the network.

A Smart Contract can be modified. Does that mean that the blockchain is not immutable? No. A record of all versions of the Smart Contract will always remain on the blockchain, but modifiable functions can be programmed to change attributes, variables, etc.

If you lose the keys associated with your wallet you will not be able to recover your funds. This is a big problem for the mass adoption of this technology, since it is a common problem not to remember a password. Smart Wallets are born to try to solve this problem. Here why↓

I leave a series of questions for you to think about and discuss in the comments: β€’ Do you think it has the same security as a wallet? β€’ Do you think it improves the user experience?

Here are some examples ↓ β€’ You could add a second backup wallet. β€’You could require a number of trusted individuals to multi-sign to unlock the funds.

A Smart Wallet is a Smart Contract that securely stores cryptographic assets. As it is programmable, conditions can be added to facilitate the recovery of funds if access to them is not possible because the private keys have been lost.
