We tested 40,497 (!) patients for tau autoimmunity and found it to be (1) surprisingly frequent, (2) specific and functionally active, and (3) associated with a hitherto unrecognized syndrome. Not great news for tau immunotherapy IMHO. https://t.co/ivM9f8xFUu
