Strings:.We are always keen to hear from string players across all 4 instruments, and in particular would welcome applications from viola players. Acceptance is still by audition, although the process is slightly less formal.

Brass:.2nd & 3rd trumpet – ideally, we are looking for trumpet players who are able to play in any seat, to enable our principal to share 1st trumpet parts from time to time. Tuba.

Woodwind:.Piccolo, with some flute playing – a player who is of suitable standard on both instruments is required. 2nd Bassoon.
