I'm not condoning this behavior, but if these allegations are true, it shows a shocking lack of awareness. Anyone operating in the #NIL space should know better than to leave a paper trail of what could be considered tortious interference and/or an NCAA rule violation.

Also if a regular student breaks their contract with the loan office and fails to pay the student gets in trouble. If a college athlete breaks a contract, lawyers will be lining up to get them out of it

I really enjoy that regular college kids have to take out tens of thousands in loans, actually attend class and maintain good grades and register for classes on time while MAYBE making a good living after. College athletes no longer have to do any of that and still make bank
