a lot of them, sexuality has basically nothing to do with their on-screen appearances. my sexualities are canon, but many of them play a very limited role in the story, so i don’t care if you decide to disregard them basically. but don’t say they aren’t canon lmao (4/5).

the character like with hiroaki’s gayness or watari being a lesbian. i wanted to have my characters be queer because that’s how i prefer to write stories and people, but i wanted to use those characters to tell stories about things other than being queer, so for (3/?).

my point in how i explained the sexualities was intended to be that regardless of their canon sexualities, i don’t care if you choose to ship them in other ways or interpret their characters differently so long as you arent muddling something extremely intrinsic to (2/?).

quick note because i feel like my point has gotten muddied re: tetro cast canon sexualities. i see a lot of people still referring to my list as “headcanon” or “dubiously canon” and i wanna make it clear that they are 100% canon.
