@TomANelson CO2 cannot possibly warm the seas or the oceans. 1) It is impossible for the Earth to warm itself with it's own radiation. 2) Longwave back radiation from CO2 cannot penetrate water more than 10 microns. Only Shortwave Solar radiation can penetrate and warm the seas and oceans.
