What about the non-Japanese degree-seeking University students who are outside of Japan right now and so have to take online courses? And many of their student visas will expire and if

Japanese businessmen and students are allowed to enter large parts of the EU without having to be quarantined. At the same time, Europeans living in Japan are not allowed to re-enter Japan, although they would go into quarantine voluntarily. Reciprocity probably no longer exists.

when is the business visa for french people living in japan? I have to go back to France for work and come back 2 weeks later ... I have been blocked since months and my employer will end up losing patience :(
