Base: Moscato White Wine – 300 ml Honey Syrup (66 brix) – 60 ml Absinthe – 30 ml Yogurt – 100 g White Wine Vinegar – 15 ml Floral Tea (Hibiscus-based, cold-infused) – 100 ml Refrigerate, then filter for yogurt washing.
