Dr. Pamela Coleman of Howard University COM, an inspiring mentor to legions of students inside and outside her hometown of Washington, DC, along with Dr. Llewellyn Hyacinthe and myself, discussed strategies to encourage URiM students to choose Urology, at SAU Winter Meeting '25.

Dr. Brian McNeil, along with Dr. Lara MacLachlan (Lahey Hospital&MC) and Dr. Jessica Lange (UTennessee/Chattanooga), tackled the difficult topic of "The Struggling Resident" at the SAU 2025 Winter Meeting in DC. A superb, idea-provoking contribution to this exciting meeting.
