Happy New Year! I worked evening shift 31st and I have morning shift in a few hours, so I didn't get time to celebrate😅

I have very low pulse when I sleep (according to my Garmin watch), but recently it has finally started to look more "normal" When I say low, I mean 18-20 per minute, but last night it was 35 per minute🫡 35 is still a bit low (50-100 is normal), but at least it's not below 20
