She can lay up to around 1,800 eggs and day and she decides if they are male or female based on the season and needs of the hive.

And now ill ask you this. why have you never seen crystalized honey in the grocery store? .Not real? Over pasteurized? Buy local and enjoy real honey.

Thank you everyone. There is zero difference between the two. Crystallization happens when honey is cooled and can easily be gently warmed to reliquidfy. Some like crystalized honey because its easier to handle and less runny. Some like honey to be more see through. I appreciate.
