You don't pay taxes to run the government, you pay taxes to run the country. Government should fullfill it's monetary need from its own income and resources.

In the startup ecosystem in India since last five years there is hardly any impetus given to hardware start-ups. Lack of funding and lack of infrastructural support has been a death nail for hardware technology start-ups in India

I have a suggestion given the current circumstances due to covid -19 and severe job losses,I would request the @PMOIndia @narendramodi @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia give collateral free loans of up-to 5 crores to absolutely new businesses & start-ups to generate employment
