one of the busiest highways and having tool tax almost every 60 Kms. If you go from Delhi to Chandigarh, you pay Rs 325 one side. No road lights for past 25 yrs at least. people crossing completely dark highway betting on their lives and car drivers are just helpless. #RamBharose
