What if they were some elderly people or someone did not have this knowledge? Losing out on 40K inr in a single day is big money for someone coming from a middle class family. We need to have better systems and better communication and less hassle for passengers @airindiain

We all make mistakes and I did not even demand a free ticket all I was expecting was decent behaviour and your team to come half way. Because I was educated and understood airline policies that’s why your team gave me tickets @airindiain

At this point I had lost all my patience and had to let my voice be heard. After arguing so much & telling them I would lodge an FIR & put it on Twitter. Post which the team agreed to put me on the next flight.However I had to still bear the cost of redoing Rapid pcr @airindiain

So they said I had to pay 15K inr cancellation and next available flight was 11th oct. your senior manager tried talking to higher ups but they refused to budge. @airindiain

Around 8 pm . I came to airport at 11am. I went to ticket counter to figure what’s to do next. Your team had updated in the system ‘No Show’ @airindiain

3 hours later after asking your team about my luggage again and again i finally got it. Your staff was quite rude and basically tried putting everything on me. @airindiain

Immigration took about 45 mins to sort and then I was escorted outside near the ticket counter. I wasn’t allowed to figure my tickets till I got my luggage. All your team kept saying that it’s on ticketing team to discover this. @airindiain

I was made to wait at the terminal for an hour post which they escorted me to the immigration. Nobody was ready to answer my questions on how do I travel now what happens next? @airindiain

My pcr was not valid by 2 hours apparently and all the blame was put on me. If your team can mistakes so can we. We are all humans at the end of it. @airindiain

Where I was told I couldn’t board the flight as my pcr was not valid. What followed was an absolute nightmare and I was travelling alone.@airindiain

Post this I went for my rapid pcr where I paid INR 4,500 and waited patiently for my reports to arrive. At the boarding gate again documents were checked @airindiain

I stood in line for 1.15 hr and your team was checking documents before I got check my luggage in. I got a go ahead to check my luggage in after my pcr document was verified @airindiain
