Hotels running north of $250 meant I had to book another airline at last minute to avoid getting stuck for 2 days. Many upset and stranded frontier pax at Denver airport. Tampa, New Orleans flights cancelled too leaving pax stranded at Denver. @FAANews @DOT please take note.

1.5 hours wait for customer service in long line with only 2 agents working. Was offered a flight 2 days later. No attempt to rebook on another airline. Suggested they could fly me tomorrow to next closest airport 170 miles away but they wouldn’t offer a hotel for the night.
