Personally this is a big weak point for me. But over the time I have learnt that starting slowly is the perfect way to start. Small accomplishments will take you where you want to be. I think this is a very common thing faced by people. Starting is difficult 🤷♂️

Starting something after a long time have such a big mental barrier associated to it. - You are not as good as you used to be - You think more about people's expectations rather than your own - You are basically craving for a perfect start. (1/)🧵

Make a three month, three years and 30 years goal. Picture yourself the way you want to see yourself in 30 years and make a plan of how you'll get there. Things that helped my fix my mental health: - Meditation - Making peace with the past (3/)

I would recommend this to everyone who have anxiety/ mental health problems and have big goals. Slowdown a little bit. Work on these first - Sleeping schedule, eating habits, physical wellbeing, make peace with the past. Ignore what others are doing, Ignore the race. (2/)

Taking life slowly (Getting out of the race) was the best decision of my life. - Zero anxiety - Good physical and mental health - Improvement in work quality I am enjoying this life and in general I am.... happy. (1/)
