We've normalized a space where scams are common, complexity is expected, and 'getting rugged' is seen as a rite of passage. Imo this is the #1 barrier to adoption and frankly, everyday users deserve better. Here’s the vision I'm building toward & how you can help shape it!👇

Controversial take coming. InfoFi isn't the problem. Using InfoFi metrics to distribute rewards is the problem. Impressions are great for awareness. Terrible for determining who deserves tokens. Different metrics for different goals. Stop using awareness metrics for

Update on InfoFi data. There are ~172k unique X users across all platforms below (as of now, still processing data). There are ~4100 users who I have tied wallets to, based on platforms, and data analysis. There are ~201k relational data across users, campaigns, platforms,

Lots of noise this week with InfoFi, muting, etc. Personally think that muting everyone on these platforms makes no sense, given the fact there are a TON of people on these leaderboards by default, aren't on Ethos, and essentially is just re-creating a "Following" tab you

This is the earliest signal that eliminating friction is working. Now, we scale it. We're taking these newly onboarded users and giving them access to the entire onchain world with that same radical simplicity. This is how we build the universal gateway for the next 10 million

This is by design. Our strategy is built on two simple truths: 1. Meet users where they are. Don't force them into a new app. 2. Let them choose. Don't force them to be a "degen chatter." Let them chat or let them click. When you eliminate the friction of starting and let users

Nearly 1 in 3 of our users come from outside the crypto echo chamber. 32% of our user base is on Web (email signup), WhatsApp, and Telegram. These aren't degens. These are people who chose the path of least friction. A simple chat or a clean web UI, over the noise of the

Did Zach kill InfoFi? NO but the majority of users aren't on the timeline. They aren't farming or chasing narratives. They're the quiet majority waiting for tools that respect their time and meet them where they are. We've been building for them. The data is telling👇

CT has an issue I like to call ‘False Prophets’. They’re those who tell you what you want to hear, when you want to hear it. In a bull, they tell you there's no top. In a bear, they tell you it’ll go back up again very soon. In reality, they have no clue what they’re talking

Remember when i said big corps will come in and win the race because rather than build and work together, you all wanted to PvP each other and be greedy asses. Congrats Tempo for showing everyone hows its done! Now the real building begins! https://t.co/RbUlPRn7BV

The AI slop problem is just farming evolved. Used to be: humans manually following accounts Now: AI bots generating engagement at scale Same incentive. Better tools. You can't out detect this. You have to change what you're measuring. Onchain actions can't be botted at

Innovation is holding crypto back. This space moves fast. Every week, a new product launches, and companies keep stacking extras just to outdo each other. What most people miss is that this financially driven tech is still new. That attracts and incentivizes bad actors, and

"where every project is connected to onchain data" Hmmmm who has been saying this, posting about this, the last month or so? And who built a platform that solves this?!?! ActionFi -

> Today’s Info-Fi is dead. > Platforms like Kaito and Wallchain need to fix their algorithms > and add on-chain integration. > Without onchain score, it’s just noise. > Millions of users don’t matter > if no real value is created. > Most activity is AI slops and airdrop

Airdrop farmers, InfoFi, AI Slop get all the hate. But real talk, we enabled them. We built campaigns that reward: - Volume over quality - Speed over consistency - Gaming over genuine use If you optimize for wrong metrics, don't be surprised when people optimize against you.

Sunday afternoon. No stress. Just checking in. Chat: "Tator what's ETH at", "Show positions" UI: Dashboard, quick glance Either way works. Easy mode crypto.

Real question for anyone running campaigns, InfoFi, etc What's the ONE metric you wish your dashboard showed but doesn't? Not selling anything. Genuinely curious what data people need but can't get. Building in public = actually listening.

Micro-volume pattern from ActionFi pilot: User A (flagged): $2.32, $3.91, $2.47, $1.83... 20 times, hit $100.01, stopped User B (clean): $27, $8, $57, $34... total $519, kept going Same action count. Different intent. Farmers optimize for minimum. Real users just...use it.

All things were fixing for ActionFi. There's a reason projects and users will and are starting to pivot to ActionFi. It solves all of this. Rewarding users for REAL actions, conversions, and value is what both users and projects are dying for.

InfoFi isn't as "rewarding" as it used to be now: - deadlines not respected - projects abusing creators - no transparency + low incentives > projects paying (5-6 figs) to be listed on an Infofi platform > get thousands of creators for x months > TGE day = teams give peanuts

Most crypto projects are solving problems that don't exist outside our bubble. My test from my 15+ years in Web2: Would a real business outside crypto pay for this over the proven alternative? If answer is no, you're building for the bubble. Not for adoption.
