To register a death @haringeycouncil should NOT be so overwhelmingly complicated as this has been. It's wrong on so many levels that you reduce people to beg on the kindness of the person answering a phone to inform you OF THE STEPS. Shame on you.

We have @haringeycouncil coming round to me mum's to make sure her legs have not grown back and check the building they gave planning permission for is really an disabled adapted property. Oh she's been living here since the 90s.
