standing outside texas roadhouse for 15 mins before they open to use my coupon i just got for donating blood made me question my life ngl š what kind of fiend wants a gut busting juicy ass steak at 11am sharp?? especially when I sold a part of myself for it. .

it was partially on purpose, to me those 3 (comp, ideas, dynamic) didn't ever feel like excellent ways to improve the technical skills i PERSONALLY want, which is ultimately just fidelity and consistency,, plus i enjoy doing more realistic poses (can be boring tho. ).

90% of my drawings are always an attempt to do something tough, or to get better at something, whether its the pose, trying to mimic a feeling, coloring, anatomy, fidelity, panels,,, one thing thats gone to the wayside is composition, truly interesting ideas, dynamic posing.

i am so happy that the cherry i took a bite out of fell and hit my white shirt and then hit my khaki shorts and also hit the light brown couch, now I have THREE beautiful stains to work with.

using the pinky as a stabilizer when doing really steady hand operations is so cool. you see it a lot with pinstriping cars and stuff.

I saw a fresh bird head (crow) on the pavement couple weeks ago, clean cut, no body no stray feathers no blood anywhere just a bird head. it was in a fenced industrial-ish area so no kids no cats no people only regular wildlife. how does this happen???.
