Very poor service of Pizza Hut. Ordered pizza from their oen site, payment successful message came but order confirmation did not come. Customer service says it is going to be refunder in 3 to 4 working days. This is clear case of bad service and cheating customers.

We hear 99.999% availability but now it is 3 hrs over and no clue when the system will be up by @TCS for the passport Seva Kendra. Is there not BCP concept these days?.
