Deze #regen is er goed om de watervoorraden weer aan te vullen en de tekorten van dit voorjaar aan te vullen. Goed voor natuur en drinkwatervoorraden. Het blijft wel een uitdaging voor de mensen die naar het werk fietsen .

Zo laag als nu staat de #Rijn normaal maar 1 keer per 20 jaar. Toch zagen we dit ook in 2018 en 2023 al. Een uitzonderlijke situatie die helaas steeds vaker voorkomt. De problemen met #droogte zijn wel minder door de lage #verdamping, die zorgt voor een lagere watervraag.

Was really nice to join @SpraakmakersOp1 to talk about the water challenges of the future. There is not enough (and sufficient quality) water for everybody all the time. Sometimes we have to make choices for a sustainable water system.

#Droogte over?. Er was en is een beetje regen, maar wat er gaat gebeuren in de Rijn zal invloed hebben in de komende maanden. Het water uit de Rijn is het #regen en #grondwater, dus daar zijn we nu van afhankelijk. Maar nu meer water dan in 2022 en minder dan in 2018.

Het regent, het regent: wat te doen met al dat water?. Gelukkig zijn er veel goede initiatieven en ideeën om dat probleem aan te passen 👇. Het blijft iets waar we wel aan moeten blijven werken om ons voor te bereiden op de #droogte van de toekomst.

2022 was één van de droogste jaren ooit gemeten, deze lente juist een van de natste. Waterschappen proberen daar zo veel mogelijk voordeel uit te halen.
