3 years ago, I decided to make a list about the women I knew in Ghana’s history. The list was pitifully short. So, I wrote a book for the young me who needed to know the women in Ghana’s history especially around the independence period.

Wonderfully illustrated by @Scorpio__Eyes who gave life to these amazing Ghanaian women. A few months after this book was published, two of the women passed away. It makes me think of the stories we lose without documentation.
