Last year, 71 Dems and 208 Republicans voted to advance the Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act, the precursor to this year's Clarity Act. So far, 70 Dems have already voted in favor of Clarity.

The vote remains open 5.5 hours in but Minority Whip email says no more votes scheduled today (last week @CoinDesk reported plan was final vote on Clarity tonight)

The House appears to have gotten stuck, going into hour three of its redo vote to get to debate and a final vote on crypto bills (an earlier procedural vote advanced 217-215 but that was just to reopen this procedural vote).
