:). I am not a wise angel. Analytics product will struggle to survive in the long term AI world, they might look like they are winning for a bit. "Do" will be now important IMHO. As I tell my team if you are so wise to tell me what's wrong or your insight, take it all the way

Fascinating. But what do you estimate the fully loaded cost (depreciation, parking, cleaning, return home etc) is for per mile autonomous driving and when does it cross over or equate? Or do consumers benefit from big tech subsidization sooner than the crossover?.

This is less about Uber or Lyft and more about a desire to ride alone without a person you don’t know who can overhear conversations or interrupt quiet contemplation. Driverless is the experience of the future. The question is if the Uber or Lyft apps can provide enough.

Would love to see your source of comparative data, and how it stacks up relatively, which I am sure you reviewed before you sold stock. As I said ours is 5%.

@nikesharora @ScottWapnerCNBC @Stephanie_Link Had I not been interrupted, it may have been more clear that my chief concern is the Fed choosing to cut the budget for cybersecurity and abandon ship at a time when the DOD has been working to get to a zero trust environment, which I would expect to impact PANW more than others.

Advertising models will start to give way to lower cost transaction models. Remember advertising is lead generation to enable human decision making around transaction, when you give agency to AI - it will know! Weaker storefronts will become fulfillment centers via APIs (oops I.

The current generation of consumer Internet businesses are busy anticipating and adapting to the "technology tectonic shift that is AI", pay attention it is an equally tectonic "business model transformation" challenge.

There is a lot of conversation around restricting access to AI globally. IMHO - I think we are conflating innovation, global availability of innovation and our ability to scale at the right pace and economics. 1. We are leading in AI innovation, we need to accelerate the pace not.

It's everywhere - white papers, MCP, A2A, Googles purpose built agents announced this week. Everyone is skillfully avoiding a full reasoning agent with autonomous "agency" because it brings up authentication, guardrails, security and remediation questions.

Don't read long form books my friend. I guzzle information, I absorb from wherever I can. I have read as much about agentic architectures lately to build a mental teamwork to understand how one might protect our customers in such a future. Always be learning. Many long form books.

. @nikesharora says he doesn't read. He is the highest-paid CEO in the world. Is reading a Psy-Op? What should we do instead? Feeling really lost right now.
