It was so pissing off to see this at Museum Rd the other day. Schoolchildren trying to cross the Richmond Rd junction, but the pedestrian signal was green for literally 5 sec. All of them got stuck in the middle of the zebra with a sea of cars charging towards them.

These kinds of things are so infuriating. Are you seriously going to risk the safety of people crossing so you can claim the waiting time for vehicles at a junction has reduced by 1%? The very people who are reducing traffic by choosing to walk, get punished for doing so. Great.

I fail to understand how info shown on these displays is completely different to what is provided by the app.

Just happened to three different passengers waiting at the Koramangala Water Tank bus stop. One driver swerved across the road at the last minute almost causing a crash. @BMTC_BENGALURU This is ridiculous.

Another issue: The data is just plain wrong. Display at the stop shows the next bus is 15 mins away, BMTC's own app shows me five buses within that time. And the arrivals are not sorted correctly by ETA. @BMTC_BENGALURU

It's great that we finally have these displays. And this is a much better implementation than other Indian cities. But, a suggestion - Passengers only care about the route, destination, time. Removing the bus registration number would make it far more readable.
