Question 3 I am planning on having goal trackers inside the class for those personal and academic goals that the students choose. I want the students to create LIM statements that mean something to them and tie it to their reading activities.

Question #3 I want to dive into creating different leadership roles for the students. Roles that will allow all students to feel that they are a big deal in school, home, and the community. I want them to know that they have a purpose.

Question #2 Being able to hear the LIM language and seeing others in the school being leaders will help our students adapt to this βnewβ way of thinking. They will find their favorite trait and begin with that. The others will follow as they see more of the school doing them.
