Education is not data or curriculum driven and it is not even student driven. Education is relationship driven. Teachers thrive w/ positive admin relationships & students thrive w/ positive teacher relationships. Relationships drive education.

Question #3 Parents need to know what the 7habits are and how they can help everyone. Grade levels can send home info in newsletters with photos of students being leaders around our campus. We can also have assemblies for parents where the students talk about LIM. #MESLEADS

Question #2 Being able to hear the LIM language and seeing others in the school being leaders will help our students adapt to this β€œnew” way of thinking. They will find their favorite trait and begin with that. The others will follow as they see more of the school doing them.
