This is how things like ICE are built. These dems who claim to be horrified now are currently building a new version of ICE that will target those perceived to be mentally ill (poor and unhoused etc) for kidnapping and detention without due process.
California legislators overwhelmingly supported CARE Court and SB 27 is just more of the same. We saw how you voted before and this expansion cannot stand. SB 27 must die.
