This is incredible. Ibrahim Hamadtou doesn't have arms, so he holds the table tennis bat with his mouth. There's always a way. #Paralympics

Outer changes always begin with an inner change of attitude. How can we expect anyone to take us seriously if we don't take ourselves seriously. Women's sport will never get the support it deserves unless women start taking women's sport serious and driving it forward👇

"A simple vertical jump can induce 8.9 x bodyweight at the ankle joint, 6.9 x bodyweight at the knee joint and 5.5 x bodyweight at the hip joint. With that in mind, preparing the body to be able to better handle the physical demands of sport is a must”🏀⤵️ https://t.co/DsxoEYLQqm

"If schools are allowed back in indoor settings of 30 plus individuals for periods of six hours in a day, what then is the logic behind preventing 15 come together for less than one hour in a hall larger than any classroom" - check out the latest from @SportforBusines 👇🏀
There were positives for sport from last nights easing of restrictions but many more are left hanging on, waiting in the dark over when they might be allowed a return to the courts, the pools and the treadmills. https://t.co/EMWrw6thid

Shocking to see the difference in facilities for @ncaawbb compared to men's @NCAA March Madness bubbles @HerSportDotIE @NiamhTallon_ @JoanneOR_Ox

The difference in weight rooms for the @ncaawbb & men’s @NCAA @marchmadness bubbles. Notice anything? SMH! This is so ridiculous.

Speaking on moving to the AFLW, Considine highlighted the equity as a major draw. In the LGFA, "we get really the bare minimum. At the bare minimum, I mean the very basics" whereas in the AFLW, it's "pretty similar to what the men would get here in the GAA."

Ailish Considine is in today's Her Sport Spotlight. @Duckyc7, who has played for @Clarelgfa & @ClareCamogie , is now a fully-seasoned campaigner in the AFLW. In 2019, Considine became the first Irish woman and non-Australian to win an AFLW title. https://t.co/DreIhMQytU
