OES serves 430 students in K through Gr 7. Our technology-rich school is located in the rural town of Onoway, 65 kilometres northwest of Edmonton.

Our first @appleschools taste test was a tasty experience. Some students tried Kiwi for the first time; and loved it! And everyone learned how to choose the best kiwi from the grocery store and went home with a new recipe.

Even though the weather was not cooperating, the K-6 students put on a wonderful Christmas concert. A big thank you to everyone who could come out to watch. They were some wonderful performances!

Based on the number of students we have today, we are able to hold our matinee performance as scheduled at 1 PM, if you are able to attend, and it will also be recorded and sent. Due to the extreme weather conditions this evening, we will not be holding an evening concert.
