@NFT_GOD Main issue of web3 gaming is they sell to investors and speculators, not gamers. It's not an issue of marketing, it's about business strategy.

In a legit game development workflow, the environment and the gameplay should improve simultaneously, teaser after teaser (for many technical reasons). Incredibly polished environment + unpolished or no actual gameplay = red/orange flag.

When a project shows a character running into a beautiful natural environment, they are tricking you most of the time. You can build that in less than 1 day without any coding skills (terrain generator + character controller + some mixamo animations). Links below 👇

Indie games cost $50k - $700k to make (most of them). Be suspicious of small anon teams asking for millions every three months. Your money is likely not going into development.

Brycent took the red pill. And yes, the main goal of the current web3 gaming space is to take your money. They tell you what you want to hear, they show you what you want to see, and they make a shitload of money. Very few web3 studios care about gaming.
Most web3 games aren’t looking for feedback They seek false validation to raise more capital I’m not here to give you that, I’m here to play fun games
