These past weeks have been like a physical and emotional rollercoaster for us as a tribe with lots of lessons and laughter. Today, the tribe celebrates every Nextie, guardian, mentor and team member who has walked through cohort 2 with us. Cohort 3 is officially loading 📩

They say that every beginning has an end but for us at NextGen, the end of Cohort 2 is a new beginning as Nexties. This week, Nexties will get their project details and prepare for their master class with a certified PMP Product manager.

Our guardian Stanley hosted an interactive session on Designing for Social Media for our graphics design Nexties; reviewing top brands and unpacking how consistency shapes their visual identity. The finish line is close, and the Tribe is stronger than ever. The TRIBE IS ACTIVE!

After 11 weeks of pure energy, this past week was all about rounding things off strong. Our guardian @princechijioke0 led a full walkthrough on Design Systems & Documentation for our product design Nexties; tokens, patterns, and rules that keep products consistent and scalable.

Fonts do more than display words. They set the mood, create hierarchy, and shape how people perceive your message. In fact, according to Linearity, consistent typography can increase brand recognition by up to 80%. That's ALOT! So when you choose fonts, choose wisely.👂
