Weather update: Goodland, Colby, Scott City, and Hays locations will be closed for the remainder of the day. We will evaluate other locations as the storm moves across the state.

We are experiencing intermittent network outages due to the rolling power outages. Many towers are on back up generators but a few are not and are currently down. Our network team is closely monitoring the network and will be going out to assess towers when it is safe to do so.

It's #KansasSpring. Our Hays, Colby, Scott City and Goodland locations are all delaying opening until noon today.

For the safety of our customers and employees, all NTW locations will be closing at 3pm today. Our customer care team will remain available to assist until 6pm. We will evaluate conditions tomorrow and update this post with any store closures. Stay warm!
