Been on the weight loss journey since NYE. Weighed in at 110.3 and was feeling sluggish and tired. Found Alex Gamble coaching on socials and have followed his tips and advice. Yesterday I was under 100kgs for the first time in 4 years. Next goal is to get to 90 kgs 💪

Nice to see Ginni at the oval. Ginni mentioned earlier that Round 0 is still the aim for his comeback. His middle finger is strapped to his ring finger (left hand). It doesn’t seem to bother him when he pick up the ball and kick. #gohawthorn
