We had such fun cycling today, and so wonderful to have so many people in the community comment on how well mannered and polite our children are 🌟 🚴‍♂️

Last week the Nursery children were very interested in all the worms which had come onto the playground in the rain! Mrs Gladstone hid some spaghetti worms under compost in 2 trays, which the children hunted for using tweezers, funnels and sieves! 🪱🪱🪱

Year 4 have chosen to support a charity called ‘Power for the People’ who are working towards giving communities the power to generate their own renewable electricity, enabling better health, education & economic opportunities. #globalgoals #SDG7 #SustainableDevelopment

Year 4 showed amazing determination, positivity and empathy while out riding today!! 🚴

Year 4 have been exploring how computer use sensors to gather data. We then headed out around school to collect our own data and used 'Busy Things' on the Chromebooks to create a table showing our results. Next week we will create and answer questions based on our data. 💻📊

Reception's #globalgoals is linked to life on land. We watched a video about how our litter hurts humans and also animals. We wanted to spread the word, so the children have also made posters to put around the village encouraging everyone to put their rubbish in the bin. ♻️🌏
