1/2 This morning just after 1130am the All Weather Lifeboat was requested to launch by HM Coastguard after they received a satellite distress signal from a maritime beacon. Rescue 116 attended the area the signal was coming from & along with Coastguard rescue teams & @PSNINMDown

The Hiking Hens are more accustomed to heading into the Mourne Mountains than the sea. This locally based women's walking initiative celebrated its first anniversary in Newcastle this weekend & rounded the event off with a refreshing dip & made a kind & appreciated donation to us
