🌟Breaking news from Masters XC in Poland in the 8k XC. Superb indv 4th and Team Gold 🥇(F40 ) for Michelle Cox in 32:22. Pat Malone was on fire to place an indv 9th along with Team Silver 🥈(M55) in 30:25. Huge congratulations to Michelle & Pat along with their respective teams

Some of our juveniles in action yesterday at the South Leinster Schools T&F. For Newbridge College, Rachel took 2nd in Minor girls, and along with Hannah secured Team Silver for their school. PBS Minor Boys Team (Ronan, Ben, Ryan, Holden Matthew) also won Team Silver 👏
