NVMA's 2nd 'Women of Achievement" 2023 Honoree is Annie Huhta, Director of UNR’s Mackay School of Earth Sciences & Engineering, after a 14-year career in the mining industry. Huhta is an inspiration to STEM students & women and we look forward to celebrating her achievements!

We are honoring two incredible 'Women of Achievement' with the Nevada Women's Fund annual luncheon this week. The first honoree is Kimberly Rivera, an Autonomous Drill Operator at KGHM Robinson Mine in Ely, and only the second female driller in Robinson’s 100+ year history!
