SIGN TESTING for Mt. Rose Highway (SR 431) truck escape ramp in Incline Village through early afternoon TODAY. “Escape ramp in use” signs will periodically activate as part of routine traffic system upgrades. Freight drivers can travel both directions of SR 431 during testing.
