As a result of the strike action you took last year, we won talks with Govt on workload. Recommendations out today include adding to your contract a list of admin tasks which teachers shouldn't be doing. There's much more to do, but this is a big win.

The Government missed its training targets again this summer!. Only 17% of the physics teachers needed were recruited. The recruitment and retention crisis will not be solved without a fair, fully funded pay rise. It’s time for Government to #InvestInEducation
