For three weeks a caloric intake deficit of 1000kcal per day and my appetite is very low. Which means that I need to force myself to make a 1000 kcal excess.

So much food. Intermittent fasting is a nice tool: work day very efficient with increased anabolic hormones then come home and eat as much as you want and go to sleep to build muscle. I am still 600kcal away from daily target but I cannot eat any more. Too full.

So I just finished first truly working version of software I've been working towards the last 6 months. It's worth six figures every year. But that's not the point. Point is that it is absolutely necessary software. So I R&D and wrote it.
