I’m building a tool to help teams fix broken workflows… without needing a Lean Six Sigma cert. I’ve been working behind the scenes, but life’s full right now. So we’re building it in steps. Curious if others have felt this same friction: so much software, but still so mess?.

Even when they do get access to bank account, they’re doing online banking without the training of balancing their checkbook, checking their monthly statement, etc. This is happening with everything else that’s enabled by tech.

Let’s take banking, for example. Up until around recently, adults taught their kids how to balance a checkbook and that was often their first introduction to managing an account at the bank. But now kids jump straight to Cashapp or Paypal or Venmo.
