In my work as a Growth Consultant, the first thing we do is build a dashboard. Not a vanity dashboard. A real one. Inputs on one side—every blog, every post, every sales call, every networking event. Outputs on the other—booked calls, closed deals, revenue, profit.

There are 3 paths to personal growth: 1. Pain & suffering (learning the hard way through mistakes and failures) 2. Setting ambitious goals and taking massive action toward them 3. Building self-awareness through meditation and reflection If you actively choose path #2 or #3,

You could publish on LinkedIn every day for a year. Make 100 sales calls a month. Attend every networking event. Execute perfectly. Show up consistently. And still be exactly where you started. Why? Because consistency without measurement is just organized wandering.

Lack of a meaningful goal creates a vacuum in our lives, which other people fill up with their agenda. To be productive, first figure out your own meaningful goals.

People think AI is going to take away office jobs... I disagree! As long as we continue to: - Interrupt colleagues every 30 seconds with "quick questions" - Expect instant responses to every Slack message and email - Schedule their entire day with back-to-back meetings - Leave

Your business doesn't reward consistency. It rewards effective consistency. There's a massive difference. Blind consistency: Doing the same thing repeatedly because "experts" say consistency matters. Effective consistency: Doing the right things repeatedly because data proves

"extrinsic motivation is likely to erode intrinsic motivation. As extrinsic goes up, intrinsic tends to come down. The more that people are rewarded for doing something, the more likely they are to lose interest in whatever they had to do to get the reward." Alfie Kohn,
