Most business owners skip the dashboard entirely. They follow advice about daily habits. Weekly routines. Consistent posting. They do the work. They're disciplined. But they never ask: "Is this working?"

Then we look for correlation. Causation. Patterns. Without this feedback loop, you're flying blind. You could be consistently broke a year from now despite perfect execution. Because effort doesn't equal results.

I re-read Atomic Habits this month. Fantastic book. But I realized it's solving the wrong problem for business owners. Atomic Habits teaches you how to build consistent habits. The assumption: If you do X consistently, results follow. But what if you're doing the wrong X?
