The Book Chain Project wanted to create a tool to help the publishing industry consider biodiversity when choosing and sourcing materials 📚 The tool uses 3 indicators: Biodiversity Hotspots, Alliance for Zero Extinction sites and Nature Map Forest Biodiversity Intactness Index.

Our country forest risks tool has just had its annual update. This an open source tool, using international indicators to highlight #deforestation risks from timber products
Results of the 2020 Carnstone Forest Risk Tool are in: 116 countries with forest risk; 93 with transhipment risk. The tool assesses country-level risks in global timber supply chains using @FAOForestry @globalforests @anticorruption data. Download here:
