most thindi content (and food content in general) revolves too much around rating and ranking. i'm more interested in capturing the vibe, the craft and noting the character of the thindi while not making qualitative judgements of the place as the ultimate objective.

just had the most pleasant interaction with the halifax waste collection folks. nurses, firefighters, doctors, police, plumbers, teachers, librarians, waste workers ā a person's heart really swells with gratitude when thinking of all the work that goes into a functioning society.
