The real answer is these professionals are not trauma informed. Nobody will properly be trauma informed until they are comfortable enough to have difficult conversations in which they’re not. They tell you to ignore it and move on instead.
What is the real reason millions of women and girls are given medication for ‘mental health’ when they speak up about abuse, rape, bullying, poverty, oppression, loss, fear, and violence? The system isn’t broken, it’s working exactly as designed.
