I am very pleased that our REF 2021 (UOA17) impact case study on use of nudges for A&E/urgent care #NHSQuicker received recognition from The UK Operational Research Society with the #LynThomas award for 2022 @UofEBusiness @UofE_Solutions Five years of work made it happen!
